I got this email today from one of my commission clients. She had a portrait of her daughter’s dog done by me in pastels. Her daughter emailed me today and this is what she said:
You came closer to capturing Maggie’s inner and outer beauty than I ever thought it possible. I love the portrait! Thanks so much for doing it. It hangs in a place of honor in my living room and I will cherish it forever, along with the memory of my sweet Maggie.”
This is the pastel.
This is absolutely why I love what I do. It warms my heart
