I met a family out in Mesa, Arizona last year via my ball jar paintings. Sometimes you meet people that way. Common interests. We have since collaborated on a project or two and let me tell you, I love this little group of creative interesting people :-). They garden, have chickens, do canning, are parents of crazy kids (like me!), make coffee, have a crapload of ball jars, make me laugh with their facebook posts and inspire me to do Crossfit (one DAY!!!). We have never met but they are everyday an inspiration to me. Than you Tinius family for being my internet friends. I am glad I could do things like Charley for you and hang original artwork of yours in my house. If it wasn’t for the internet, crap like this couldn’t happen :-). You all are awesome folks.

  1. Amazing! Looks like our pup Moxie!

  2. beautiful painting, and your friends sound awesome. The Internet has also opened a very interesting (and warm) world to me and I’ve connected with so many people I would never have met living in a village in South Africa.
