“Iron Man in a Ball Jar” Detail
Watercolor on Ampersand Aquabord
(original is 12 x 16″)

I can imagine that even Iron Man, superest of heroes (is SUPEREST even a word?!) has a bad day.

Like today. Pepper is giving him the cold shoulder. She is highly pissed as he somehow got them trapped inside a ball jar (of all things… imagine that!). He is feeling quite dejected at this as you can see on his helmeted face. It is amazing how even a helmet can show such emotion. As if he is saying “What the HELL Pepper! I didn’t put US in here, that crazy ass artist DID! She’s been trapping and torturing ‘our people’ for WEEKS!” *eye roll*

Pepper doesn’t give a crap. He’s the hero. What’s a little glass to IRON MAN. I mean, for realzzzz, right?

Meh.

Dejected.
