Amy Pond, Waiting for the Doctor II

  The latest in my mini figure series, Amy Pond finds herself perched atop a beautiful purple iris, waiting for the Doctor to show. Painted on Ampersand Aquabord, this 8 x 8" watercolor I think is my favorite so far! Canvas prints of this watercolor will be available soon exclusively on iCanvas!

blackberries, they are in season!

I love fresh blackberries in the summer, don't you? I especially love watching the progression of the berries as they grow. I could have painted a full on blackberry all ripe for the pickin', but to me, this was a more interesting shot. A quick study of this gorgeous plant, done on Canson paper.
